ELEVATOR
In December 2014 a new air conditioning system was installed in the rooftop elevator room
for the new electronically controlled elevators

   As of January 7, 2015 the new elevators are up and running.
A final inspection of the elevators will be done by our elevator engineer.

LAUNDRY ROOM
In December 2014 a new contract was signed with Hercules Laundry.
All new washers and dryers were installed.

ELECTRICAL
A new service panel that services the entire building will be installed in April
or as soon as we get warmer weather as the building power needs to be turned off.

HOUSE RULES
Please remember that no furniture can be moved on weekends and holidays.
