
Resales of apartments are subject to the consent of the
Board of Directors. In order to begin the purchase application
process a legible photocopy of the fully executed contract
of sale must be mailed to the office of the managing agent's
Legal Department. Upon receipt and review of the contract,
the managing agent's office will prepare and send relevant
correspondence to both the seller and the prospective purchaser.
Please be advised that the following items
need to be submitted in accordance with the Cooperative's
regulations. Many of these forms can be downloaded through
the links available below, as well as copies of the typical
correspondence sent to both parties after the managing agent's
Legal Department has reviewed the contract of sale. However,
please note that the managing agent is not to accept or
review any application materials before having first received
a photocopy of the contract of sale.
