We are starting the exterior project to secure all facades of the building per Local Law 11. Work will start on Wednesday, August 2nd on the front side (35th Street) of the building and we will keep you advised as work proceeds.

We are trying to keep roof access available as long as possible. Courtyard access will be closed until further notice.

We estimate that the entire project will take at least 14 months to complete.
