Sublets and sublet renewals are subject to the consent of the Board of Directors.
If you intend to sublet your apartment please call the managing agent's Legal Department
as far in advance of the anticipated commencement of the sublease as possible.
An apartment must be owner-occupied for a minimum of two (2) years
before a shareholder can be eligible to sublet.
Shareholder's maintenance must be completely current
before the Board will entertain a sublet application.

that need to be submitted in accordance with the Cooperative's regulations.
